This indo-chinese cuisine made from minced or chopped vegetables and the trickiest part of this recipe is to make the balls of Manchurian.

Ingredients required for veg Manchurian-
Manchurian balls ingredients-
- All purpose flour =4 tablespoon
- Corn flour =2 tablespoon
- Capsicum =1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Carrot =1 cup (finely chopped)
- Cabbage =1 cup (finely chopped)
- Onion =1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Ginger =1 inch piece
- Salt =3/4 teaspoon
- Green chili = 3 to 4
- Oil = for frying
- Soya sauce =1 tablespoon
- White vinegar =1 teaspoon
- Green chili and ginger paste =1 tablespoon
- Black /white pepper = as per taste
- Tomato ketchup =1 tablespoon
- Corn starch =1 ½ tablespoon
- Oil =2 tablespoon
- Salt =1/2 teaspoon
- Water = 1 ½ cup
How to make veg Manchurian-
Take a bowl and add all finely chopped vegetables like capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onion, ginger and green chili. Also add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, ginger and chili paste in the vegetables and mix them well.
Now make approximately 16 round balls with this mixture.
If the mixture is not bind together then you can add corn flour in the mixture.
Now take a deep fry pan and add oil in it and heat it.
After heating the oil, add balls in the oil and fry them on medium to high flame until the color of the balls turns into golden in color.
Now set aside the fried balls on the tissue paper.
For making sauce-
Take a bowl, add corn starch in it and make a paste with it by adding and mixing water in the corn starch. Keep it aside.
Now take a deep pan, add 2 tablespoon oil in it.
Heat the oil and add ginger and green chili paste into the pan and cook it for 7 to 8 seconds.
Now add all the ingredients of sauce and the mixture of corn starch in the pan and cook it continuously by stirring it.
It will take 3 to 4 minutes in cooking.
Now take a dish and add fried Manchurian balls in it and then add hot sauce on the balls.
Your veg Manchurian is ready to serve. Garnish it with some spring onions.
Serve this veg Manchurian with fried rice or noodles.
