Required Ingredients For Veg Manchow Soup
For Vegetable Stock
- Carrot = 1 tbsp
- Onion = 1/2 tbsp
- Cabbage = 1 tbsp
- Coriander stems = 1/2 tbsp
- Spring onions = 1/2 tbsp
- Green chili = 2, finely chopped
- Mushrooms = 2 to 3, finely chopped
- Garlic = 1 tbsp
- Water = 1.5 ltr
- Noodles = 150 gm
- Oil = 1.5 tbsp
- Onion = 1, small size, finely chopped
- Carrot = 1, small size, finely chopped
- Red chili sauce = 1.5 tsp
- White vinegar = 1 tsp
- Corn flour = 2 tbsp
- Cabbage = 1/3 cup
- Ginger = 1 inch
- Garlic = 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Black pepper corn = 1/3 tsp
- Soy sauce = 1 tbsp
- Salt = as per taste
How To Make It In Easy Steps
Take a pan, pour water in it and let it boil. Add vegetables for stock in it and let them boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now strain the stock with the help of strainer and keep the stock aside.
Boil the noodles by adding salt in it and keep the boiled noodles aside by spreading some cornflour on it.
Now fry the noodles in oil until they turn crispier and keep them aside.
Now take a pan, pour some oil in it and let it heat well on a high flame.
Now add ginger, garlic in oil and saute them for few seconds on a high flame.
Now add chopped cabbage, carrot and other vegetables, stir fry them on a high flame.
Add little vegetable stock and continuously stir it for 30 seconds.
Then add salt, black pepper powder, green chilies, spring onions, soy sauce, red chili sauce and white vinegar. Mix all the ingredients well.
Add 300 ml of plain water and mix it. Also add remaining vegetable stock in it and mix it well.
Now make a paste of corn flour by adding water in it and makes it lumps free.
Add half noodles which are fried.
Pour the corn flour paste in soup and cook the soup until the consistency of soup gets thicken.
Now turn the flame off and take a bowl, add fried noodles in it and then add soup in it.
Your veg manchow soup is ready.
Serve it hot by adding some more fried noodles.
