Veg Maggi Recipe Maggi noodles are everyone’s favourite, but today I am going to make it in a different style. This maggi recipe is neither too spicy nor so simple. It is just a perfect evening or hunger time recipe. It is easy and quick, which does not take much time and preparation in making. This can be made with more veggies, I am only using some basic vegetable like onion, tomato and green chili.

If you preferred to have more vegetables then you can add them. Also I am using only salt and red chili powder and salt in powdered, you can also use coriander powder, turmeric powder or black pepper powder. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Veg Maggi

  • Maggi = 2 packets
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Tomato = 1, finely chopped
  • Garlic = 2 cloves, finely chopped
  • Onion = 1, finely chopped
  • Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
  • Oil = 2 tbsp
  • Coriander = 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Red chili powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Cheese = 1 tsp, grated

Instructions For Making Step by Step

Step 1

Take a pan, add water in it and bring it to boil.

Step 2

Add maggi noodles in it and let it cook 75%.

Step 3

Drain the excess water and keep it aside.

Step 4

Now in a pan, heat oil well.

Step 5

Add chopped garlic onion and green chilies. Saute onion for few seconds only.

Step 6

Then add chopped tomato and salt and red chili powder, maggi taste maker and chopped coriander in it. Mix it well and then add boiled noodles in it. Give it a nice mix an turn the flame off.

Finally add grated cheese in it and chopped coriander. Serve it hot.
