Veg bread pancake recipe is a healthy breakfast recipe which is very delicious and crispy. This veg bread pancake will not take much time to make in the busy morning. So make this pancake in your busy morning and feed healthy food to your family.
Ingredients for veg bread pancake-
- Bread slices = 6
- Fine semolina or suji = 1/2 cup
- Buttermilk or chaas or chaach = 1/2 cup
- Water = 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
- Chaat masala = 1 tsp
- Green chili = 2, finely chopped
- Onion = 1 medium size, finely chopped in cubes
- Carrot = 1, grated
- Cabbage = 1/2 cup, grated
- Beans = 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Cooking oil = 2 tsp
Method of making-
Step 1
Make pieces of bread slices and put it into a mixer jar.
Step 2
Along with the bread pieces, add Semolina or suji, buttermilk and half cup of water. Make a fine batter by mixing it in a mixer.
Step 3
Take this batter out in a bowl.
Step 4
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, chaat masala, green chili, carrot, cabbage, onion and beans in the batter.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients well and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 6
Now after 20 minutes, take a non-stick fry pan and grease some oil on it.
Step 7
Take a dish spoon, take some amount of batter and pour it onto the fry pan just like a dosa.
Step 8
Fry them for few minutes. When they are cooked from one side, then flip it and fry it from the upper side.
Step 9
When it is fried from both sides then take it in a plate and make all the veg bread pancake with this method.
Veg bread pancake are ready to serve.
Serve them with the sauces.
