Ingredients Required For Making Tomato Cheese Macaroni
- Elbow macaroni = 250 gm
- Butter = 1 tbsp
- Oil = 1 tbsp
- Chili flakes = 1/ 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder = 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic = 4 cloves, grated
- Tomato puree = 1 cup
- Cream = 3 tbsp
- Cheese = as you required
- Chicken stock = 1 cube
- Salt = to taste
- Water = for boiling
Method Of Cooking
Take a deep pan add water in it and boil.Now add salt and macaroni, boil till done.
Drain the water left and transfer macaroni in a bowl and some oil so that they will became non – stick.
Take a sac, add butter and oil in it and heat it on medium to low flame.
Now add the grated garlic cloves and saute it for 2 minutes.
Add the chili flakes in it and mix it well for 1 minute.
After it add tomato puree in it and cook it properly for few seconds.
Now add the black pepper powder and salt in the puree.
When the salt and black pepper powder mix well in the puree add the chicken stock cube and cream in it and mix them all well.
Now add the boiled macaroni in the puree and mix it with sauce for 1 minute.
To make it rich in flavor add the cheese and give it a quick mix with a spoon until the cheese melt.
Your Tomato Cheese Macaroni is now ready to serve. Enjoy it hot with some more cheese on the top.
