Til Ki Chutney Hey foodies!! Welcome back to the zayka recipes kitchen, today I am going to share a very delicious and amazing recipe of sesame seeds. If you are someone who likes to add zing to your food then this recipe will goes well. This til ki chutney has its own amazing taste when served with any dish. The flavor of sesame seeds and coriander and that aroma comes from it is lip smacking. Do try this recipe at your home and make your food more yummy with this simple yet amazing chutney.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Til Ki Chutney
- Sesame Seeds = 5 tbsp
- Coriander leaves = 1 handful
- Salt = as per taste
- Cumin seeds = 1/2 tsp
- Garlic = 4 to 5 cloves
- Green chilies = 4
- Lemon juice = 4 tbsp
Instructions For Making It
Take a pan, place it on a flame and heat it up. Add sesame seeds in it and roast seeds until their color slightly turn golden brown.
Now put them aside and wash coriander leaves well. Peel off the garlic. Remove the crown of the chilies.
Take a blender jar, add coriander, green chilies, garlic, salt and sesame seeds.
Blend them into a smooth paste.
Now transfer it into a bowl and add lemon juice. Mix it well.
Your Til chutney is ready to serve.
Serve it with rajma chawal, biryani or with paratha.
- You can also add sugar if you wanted to make it sweet and spicy.
- Also you can adjust the amount of lemon juice if you don’t like sour taste.
- Add ginger for more taste
- Serve it with snacks, pakoras and any other meal.
