Sweet Corn Potato Recipe Hey guys!!! Today I am sharing a delicious, sour, spicy recipe of sweet corns with potato. This is really a quick and easy recipe which you can make for lunch. Necessary Ingredients Required For Sweet Corn Potato
- Sweet corn = 1 cup, boiled
- Potato = 2, boiled, chop in cubes
- Cumin seeds = 1 tsp
- Asafoetida = a pinch
- Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
- Ginger paste = 1 tsp
- Tomato = 2 finely chopped
- Turmeric powder = 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder = 1 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
- Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
- Maggi masala or any vegetable masala = 1 tsp
- Lemon = 1/2
- Green coriander = 2 tsp, finely chopped
- Oil = 2 tbsp
Instructions For Making It
Firstly take a pan, add oil in it and heat it up.
Then add cumin seeds in it and let them splutter for few seconds. Further turn the flame low.
Then add asafoetida, green chili and ginger in it and saute for a while.
Now add chopped tomatoes in it and mix well.
Furthermore, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well or cook it till tomatoes turns mushy.
When tomatoes turns soft and mushy, add boiled sweet corn and potatoes. Mix well with spices and then cover the lid. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes on a low flame.
Now add maggi masala, chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice in it and mix well.
Cook for 2 more minutes by stirring it.
Finally, your delicious sweet corn potato are now ready to serve. Serve them hot with chapati or paratha or puri. Enjoy.
