In today’s kitchen I am going to share with you a very delicious and tasty snacks recipe which is Stuffed Mushrooms. Stuffed mushrooms is a dish which is prepared by using edible mushrooms as its primary ingredients. The stuffing is prepared by using cheese and some basic veggies. This recipe is a unique snack and you can serve mushrooms as a starter also. So lets start the recipe with a very quick hand.
Necessary Ingredients We Required
- Button mushrooms = 10 to 12, without stem
- Curd = 2 tbsp
- Gram flour = 1 tbsp
- Amchur powder = 1 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste = 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder = 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder = 1 tsp
- Coriander powder = 1/2 tsp
- Salt = to taste
- Oil = 1 tsp
- Onion = 1/2, finely chopped
- Bread crumbs = 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves = 1 tbsp
- Green chili = 1 no, finely chopped
- Mushroom Stems = roughly chopped
- Capsicum = 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Marinated mixture = 1 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese = 1 tbsp
- Salt = to taste
- Spring onion green = for garnishing
Method Of Making Stuffed Mushrooms
Take a bowl and in it add all the marination ingredients like curd, gram flour and all dry spices and mix all these ingredients properly. Keep it aside.
For making stuffing, In a pan heat some oil and add chopped onion and capsicum and saute it for a minute.
Next add the chopped mushroom’s stem along with chopped green chili and cook for about a minute.
Add 1 tbsp of the marinated mixture and let it cook for few seconds.
Cool down the mixture for few minutes.
Now when the mixture goes cool down add coriander leaves, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese and little salt. Mix all ingredients properly. Keep it aside.
In the marination mixture add button mushrooms and mix them well till they coated properly.
Into the marinated mushroom’s cap fill the stuffing mixture one by one.
In a pan heat some oil and place the mushrooms from stuffed side down.
Flip over once the mushroom gets nice golden color.
Cover the pan with its lid and let them cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Plate it and sprinkle some spring onion green.
Your stuffed mushroom are now done enjoy it hot with garnish some cheese from top.
