Stuffed Gram Flour Chili Recipe Hello everyone!! I hope you all guys are doing well. Today I am going to share a unique recipe for your spicy and foodie mood. The best thing about this recipe is that you can also store this for about 3 to 4 days in refrigerator. So let’s know how to make it.

Ingredients Required For Stuffed Gram Flour Chili Recipe

  • Thick green chilies = 125 gm or 10 to 12
  • Gram flour = 1/4 cup
  • Cumin seeds = 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder = 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel powder = 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida = 2 pinch
  • Garam masala powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Dry mango powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Oil = 1 tbsp

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly wash green chilies and pat dry them. Now remove the top of green chilies and make a cut in it so that they do not separate from itself.

Step 2

Keep these chilies aside.

Step 3

Now take 1 tbsp of oil and heat it up. Then add asafoetida, cumin seeds and let them splutter for a while,

Step 4

Then turn the flame medium and add turmeric powder, gram flour and roast them well. Turn the flame low after a minute and roast it till gram flour turns light golden in color.

Step 5

Now add coriander powder, fennel powder and mix well.

Step 6

Turn the flame off and add garam masala powder, dry mango powder and salt, mix all the spices well and even.

Step 7

Take a chili and stuff this prepared mixture to the slit green chili and close it by pressing it gently.

Step 8

In a pan, add some oil and place these stuffed chilies, turn the flame medium to low and cover the lid. Let them cook for 3 to 5 minutes and then flip them.

Step 9

Cook them again for 3 to 5 minutes and then turn the flame off.

Here Your delicious stuffed gram flour chilies are now ready to serve. Serve them with paratha or rice or puri and enjoy.
