Stir fried chicken is a very tasty and little spicy and little sweet recipe.This chicken recipe is full of veggies and chicken with some tangy, sweet, and spicy taste.The chicken is all coated in the easiest sweet and savory sauces.The ginger and garlic in it give its a nice flavor and taste.So today we are going to make this easy and mouth watering recipe in our kitchen.
Ingredients We Required Making Stir Fried Chicken
- Boneless chicken = 500 gm cut into small pieces
- Broccoli = 250 gm
- Button mushrooms = 10 to 12
- Spring onion green = 1 cup
- Capsicum = 1 cup
- Iced cold water = full bowl
- Garlic paste = 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste= 1 tbsp
- Salt = to taste
- Red chili flakes = 1 tsp
- Sesame oil = 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce = 1 tbsp (optional)
- Green chili sauce = 1/2 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce = 1 tbsp
- Black pepper = 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar = 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves = 1 tbsp
Method Of Making
Take a deep pan, add water and boil it for a couple of minute and add broccoli and boil it for few minutes until it gets soft and transfer it into ice cold water.
Take a pan and add sesame oil and let it be heated, now add ginger and garlic paste and saute it for 1 minute.
Now add the bone less chicken in the same pan and add salt and black pepper, mushrooms, capsicum and saute it for few minutes until the chicken gets tender and mushroom becomes soft.
Add the oyster sauce, green chili sauce and a dash of dark soy sauce in the chicken and stir fry it well.
Add the boiled broccoli and spring onion green, brown sugar, chili flakes and give a quick stir for some seconds.
Now add a pinch of black pepper on it.
Your stir fried chicken with full of veggies is ready to serve.Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves and enjoy it hot.
