Spring Rolls Recipe Welcome back readers!!! As we all know that today Chinese cuisine taking place everywhere, whether it is snacks or for the main meal. So today I am sharing the recipe of delicious and most famous vegetable spring rolls recipe which is easy in making. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Spring Rolls Recipe

  • Spring roll sheets = 18 to 20
  • All purpose flour = 1 tbsp
  • Carrot = 1/2 cup, grated or finely chopped
  • Cabbage = 1/2 cup, grated
  • Onions = 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Capsicum = 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Green chilies = 3, finely chopped
  • Garlic = 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Ginger = 1 tsp, grated
  • Black pepper powder = 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce = 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar = 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili sauce = 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • All purpose flour = 1 tbsp
  • Water = 4 tbsp
  • Oil = for frying

Instructions For Making

Step 1

Take a small bowl, add all purpose flour and water in it and make a paste from it. Keep this paste aside.

Step 2

Finely chop all the veggies and keep them aside.

Step 3

In a pan, add 2 to 3 tbsp of oil and heat it up. After heating of oil, add ginger and garlic in it. Saute for few seconds.

Step 4

Now add chopped onions in it and saute till it turn translucent or pinkish in color.

Step 5

Then add all the chopped veggies like capsicum, cabbage, carrot, green chilies and saute these veggies for a minute.

Step 6

Further add all the sauce like soy sauce, white vinegar and red chili sauce. Mix sauces with the veggies. Then add salt and black pepper powder to it. Give it a nice stir.

Step 7

On a high flame, stir it well to evaporate its water which is released by vegetables. We need dry filling for the rolls, so make sure that water must be evaporated.

Step 8

Once filling becomes dry, remove it from the flame and keep it aside for cooling.

Step 9

Take a spring roll sheet, add filling in the other corner. Roll it to cover the filling and fold all the sides of it. Now paste the prepared paste of water and flour on the corners and stick it gently with hands. Keep it aside and make all the rolls with the similar process.

Step 10

Heat oil in a pan and then fry rolls on a medium heat till they turn crispy.

Step 11

Shake off all the excess oil and put them to a kitchen paper.

Finally, your spring rolls are now ready to serve. Serve them hot with chutney and enjoy.
