Spicy Hash Browns Recipe These hash browns are a healthy breakfast recipe which you can easily make at home. The process of making is really easy to make and the ingredients required to make it are also easily available to you. When you are about to having a good breakfast or spicy or cheesy one, then you can easily make this hash brown recipe. I am using potato, cheese and egg in it. You can also add more things if you want but I usually refer to make this with the minimum ingredients. Let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients required For Spicy Hash Browns
- Potato = 2, grated
- All purpose flour = 1/4 cup
- Shredded cheese = 1/4 cup
- Egg = 1
- Onion = 1, finely chopped
- Garlic = 1/2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves = 1 tbsp, chopped
- Salt = as per taste
- Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder = 1/2 tsp
- Oil = for cooking
Instructions For Making Step By Step
Peel off the potatoes, wash them well.
Grate them and wash them again in chilled water.
Take a cloth, add grated potatoes in it and strain all the excess water from it.
Take a mixing bowl, add these grated potato in it and then add shredded cheese, all purpose flour and egg. Mix all the things well.
Now add salt, red chili powder, chopped onion, garlic, coriander and black pepper powder. Combine all the things evenly.
Ones all the things gets mixed evenly, take a sac, add oil in it and with the help of ladle, spread this potato mixture on a sac.
Make 2 hash browns at a time. Fry them well from one side and then flip it when it turns into a golden color.
Fry them from the other side and make sure that the have cooked properly and evenly.
Now transfer them in a serving plate.
Your hash browns are ready to serve, serve them hot with sauce or mayonnaise.
