Gola kabab is a delicious recipe served as a starter.

So let’s know how to make this delicious yet easy gola kabab at home.
- 1 kg = Minced mutton meat (preferably grind 2-3 times by butcher)
Dried spices (masala)
- 1 tsp = salt
- 1 tsp = dried ginger powder
- 1 tbsp = red chili powder
- 1 tsp = chaat masala
- 1 tsp = coriander powder
- 1 tsp = garam masala (grinded ground spices)
- 1 tsp = cumin powder (roasted cumin powder)
- 1 tsp = crushed red chili or chili flakes
- 1 tbsp = roasted gram flour
- 1 tsp = corn flour
- 1/2 cup = fried onion
- 1 tbsp = curd
- 1 tbsp = ginger paste
- 1 tbsp = garlic paste
- 1 tbsp = green chili paste
- 1 tbsp = raw papaya paste
- oil for frying
Method for making gola kabab-
Take minced meat in a bowl and add salt, dried ginger powder, red chili, chaat masala, corriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, crushed red chili. Mix all the ingredients well.
Now add ginger, garlic and green chili paste in the mixture and mix them well.
After mixing them, add curd, fried onion, corn flour and gram flour.
Add raw papaya paste and mix the whole mixture nicely.
Gola kabab mixture is ready.
Now take a small portion from the mixture and make a round shape from it. Now take a straw or a skewer and make a whole in the kabab so that the round shape turned into the kabab. (you can also make flat, round or elongated shape from the mixture).
Make all the kababs from the remaining mixture.
After making the kababs shape, now heat a pan and pour 2 to 3 tbsp of oil in it to fry the kababs.
Now frequently add the gola kabab in the pan and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Once they fried and cooked from the one side, flip them and let them cook from the another side. (you can also add some oil if required)
Once the gola kababs are cooked from both the sides, they are ready to serve.
Gola kababs are ready to serve. Serve them with chopped onions and spicy green chutney.
