Necessary Ingredients We Required For This Recipe
- Processed cheese = 1 cup, grated
- Schezwan chutney = 2 tbsp
- Onion = 1 medium sized, finely chopped
- Garlic = 3 – 4 cloves, finely chopped
- All purpose flour = 1/2 cup
- Spring onion green = 1/2 cup
- Baking soda = 1 tsp
- Red chili sauce = 1 tbsp
- Buttermilk = 3 tbsp
- Oil = for deep frying
- Coriander leaves = 1 tbsp
Method For Making Schezwan Cheese Fritters
In a bowl put a cup of grated cheese, schezwan chutney, spring onion greens, all purpose flour, baking soda, chopped onion and garlic and buttermilk. Mix everything well for two minutes.
Now add salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
Divide the mixture into small portions and give your suitable shapes to them.
Take a deep pan and add heat the oil on medium flame.
Add the fritters and fry them until a nice golden brown color appear on it.
Take plates and put some little red chili sauce on it and place the fritters over the sauce. Granish it with little coriander leaves over them.
