Schezwan Cheese Fritters is something which you can enjoy as your an evening snacks or for a quick bite. Fritters are everyone’s favorite evening snack. So today we are going to make very tasty fritters in a different cheesy style. In these cheesy fritters We will add the schezwan chutney which will going to enhance its taste and take our fritters on a different level. So without wasting our precious time lets start the recipe of these cheesy and classic fritters.

Necessary Ingredients We  Required For This Recipe

  • Processed cheese = 1  cup,  grated
  • Schezwan chutney = 2 tbsp
  • Onion = 1 medium sized, finely chopped
  • Garlic = 3 – 4  cloves, finely chopped
  • All purpose flour = 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion green =  1/2 cup
  • Baking soda = 1 tsp
  • Red chili sauce = 1 tbsp
  • Buttermilk = 3 tbsp
  • Oil =  for deep frying
  • Coriander leaves = 1 tbsp

Method For Making Schezwan Cheese Fritters

Step 1

In a bowl put a cup of grated cheese, schezwan chutney, spring onion greens, all purpose flour, baking soda, chopped onion and garlic and buttermilk. Mix everything well for two minutes.

Step 2

Now add salt and coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into small portions and give your suitable shapes to them.

Step 4

Take a deep pan and add heat the oil on medium flame.

Step 5

Add the fritters  and fry them until a nice golden brown color appear on it.

Step 6

Take plates and put some little red chili sauce on it and place the fritters over the sauce. Granish it with little coriander leaves over them.

Your tasty schezwan cheese fritters are now ready to serve. Enjoy it hot with your favorite sauce.
