Rice Nachos Recipe | Nachos Recipe Using Rice Flour

Rice Nachos Recipe Hey guys!! Today I am going to make nachos using rice flour. They are really crispy  in taste. This is to be preferred as Indian twist to the traditional nachos. As rice flour is easily available in every Indian house, so this recipe will become as a perfect snack for ever Indian. Let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Rice Nachos

  • Rice Flour = 2 cups
  • Water = 1.5 cup
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Cheese powder = 2 tbsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Kashmiri red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Oil = for frying

How To Make Nachos In Different Style

Step 1

Take a pan, add water in it and bring it to boil.

Step 2

Add salt in it and then add rice flour. Mix it well till it becomes thick.

Step 3

Now turn the flame low and cover the lid. Cook it for 2 to 4 minutes.

Step 4

Turn the flame off and transfer it in a mixing bowl. Knead a smooth dough from it.

Step 5

Cover it with a cloth and rest it for 10 minutes.

Step 6

After 10 minutes, knead it ones again and pinch a ball size portion from it. Make a ball from it and then flatten it into a chapati shape with the help of rolling pin, you can also dust some dry rice flour if it sticks.

Step 7

After rolling it into a chapati, prick it by using fork or knife and then cut the edges on it.

Step 8

Cut it into triangle shapes and keep it aside.

Step 9

Make all the shapes with the similar process.

Step 10

Take a pan, add oil in it and heat it up.

Step 11

Add triangles in it and fry them. Do not turn them into brown. Just slightly fry them and keep them aside.

Step 12

After frying all the nachos, take a mixing bowl, add cheese powder in it and then add some salt and kashmiri red chili powder. Mix all the spices well.

Step 13

Add fried nachos in it and then mix it well with the spice so that spice will evenly coat on the nachos.

Your nachos are ready, serve them with sauce or with salsa salad.

You can also store it for a month in a container and enjoy whenever you want.
