Red sauce pasta recipe- If you are a foodie like me and likes to have some spicy food then you should try this red sauce pasta in Indian style. You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make this pasta; all you need is just tomatoes, red chili powder and pasta. And all the other ingredients are easily available in your kitchen.

Ingredients required for Indian style red sauce pasta-
- Pasta = 2 cup
- Garlic = 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Ginger = 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Green chili = 2 (finely chopped)
- Red chili = 1 (finely chopped)
- Onion = 1 small size (finely chopped)
- Green capsicum = 2 tablespoon (chopped)
- Cheese = 2 cubes
- Carrot = 2 tablespoon (chopped)
- Tomato sauce = 1 tablespoon
- Tomato = 1 large size (finely chopped)
- Tomato for puree = 2
- Black pepper powder = 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder = 1 teaspoon
- Salt = according to your taste
- Oregano = 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil = 2 tablespoon
Method for preparing pasta in Indian style-
Take a pan and pour 1 liter water, add 1 teaspoon salt and let it boil for 10 minutes. Now add pasta and let it boil for about 8 to 10 minutes. Boil pasta up to 80%. Then strain the excess water from the pasta and keep it aside.
Heat a pan and add oil in it.
Also add garlic, ginger and sauté them for 2 minutes.
Add chopped green chili and onion in the pan and sauté them with the ginger and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add chopped carrot and capsicum in the pan and cook them for 5 minutes and add tomato puree in the pan and cook all the things for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now add black pepper powder, red chili powder, salt and oregano in the pan and cook all the things for 3 to 5 minutes.
After that, now add tomato sauce and mix all the things for 2 minutes.
Now add pasta in the pan and mix it gently with all the vegetables and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cheese cubes in the pasta and mix it with the pasta.
Your red sauce pasta in Indian style is ready.
Dish out in a serving plate and garnish it with some grated cheese and fresh parsley leaves.
