Quick and easy Italian Pasta

Hey foodie!! Welcome back to the zayka recipe. As we all know that pasta is originally belong from Italy and is introduced by Italy to the whole world. So today we are going to make vegetable Italian pasta in our today’s recipe Pasta is one of the most likely foods by all the people. This is mostly popular in between teenagers and children.

Everyone is fond of pasta. So let’s know how to make it at home.

Required ingredients for making Italian pasta

  • Penne pasta (or you can also use any other type of pasta) = 200 grams
  • Broccoli = 250 grams
  • Grated cheese = ½ cup
  • Butter = 1/4 cup
  •  Tomato puree = 1 1/3 cup
  • Black pepper powder = ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Oregano = 1 teaspoon

For boiling penne pasta

  • Water = 4 cup
  • salt = 1 teaspoon
  • oil = 1 tablespoon

Method for making Italian pasta

Step 1

Take a pan and add 4 cup water in it. Let the water boil and now add salt in the water and also add pasta in the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Let it boil for 6 to 8 minutes. Cook it only 80%. After boiling penne pasta, take a strainer and strain the excess water from pasta and wash it in cold water so that the pasta cannot stick together. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Also boil broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes and keep it aside.

Step 3

Now take a fry pan, and melt butter in it on a medium flame. Now add broccoli in a pan and sauté it for 2 to 3 seconds.

Step 4

Now add black pepper powder and sauté it. Also add tomato puree in the pan, salt and oregano. Cook it for 2 minutes. Now add cheese and pasta in the pan and cook it for 2 minutes. Your Italian pasta is ready. Garnish it some parsley or extra cheese. As we all know that children like to have pasta all the time, but that all purpose flour pasta is unhealthy for kids. So if you want to feed your children healthy food then use multigrain pasta.
