Pineapple bread pastry, No bake recipe

Pineapple bread pastry is a no bake recipe which is made within no time. So if you ever want to have this pineapple bread pastry, make it easily at home with less ingredients and enjoy with your family.

Ingredients for pineapple bread pastry-

  • White bread = 6 slices
  • Whipped cream = 1 cup
  • Cashews = 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Almonds = 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Pineapple jam = 2 tbsp
  • Raisins = 1 tbsp
  • Sugar = 1 cup
  • Oil or ghee = for frying

Method for making-

Step 1

Take bread slices and cut the wedges of slices.

Step 2

Now cut the bread slices into triangular shape.

Step 3

Take a pan, grease some oil on it. Heat the oil and fry the bread slices in light brown in color.

Step 4

Now take another pan, pour 1 cup of water and sugar in it.

Step 5

Heat it up for making sugar syrup.

Step 6

Now add fried bread slices into the warm sugar syrup and let it rest in it for 2 minutes.

Step 7

After 2 minutes, take them out and lie them on a plate.

Step 8

Now spread pineapple jam on a bread slice, also spread chopped dry fruits on a slice.

Step 9

Now take another slice of bread and put it on it. Spread some jam and spread whipped cream.

Step 10

Now put another slice of bread on it and spread jam, spread dry fruits and cover it with cream.

Step 11

Do this process for 2 to three time.

Pineapple pastry is ready. Garnish it with chopped pineapple pieces.

Keep it in a fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
