Most of us are vegetarian and prefers vegetarian food. But kebab is something which can be anyone favorite and no one want to say no to kebabs. So today’s recipe is specially for the veg lovers and we can say paneer lovers, vegetarian are in for a treat with today’s paneer seekh kebab recipe.
Necessary Ingredients We Required
- Cottage cheese or panner = 500 gm, grated
- Ginger-garlic paste = 1 1/2 tsp
- Roasted gram flour = 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder = 1 tsp
- Chaat masala = 1 tsp
- Salt = to taste
- Green chili paste = 1 tsp
- Garam masala = 1 tsp
- Fresh cream =1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts paste = 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice = 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander leaves = 1 tbsp, chopped
- Oil = 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice = 1 tbsp
Method Of Making Paneer Seekh Kebab
Take a bowl and add paneer, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, gram flour, red chili powder and mix everything well.
Now add garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, salt and mix it again well.
Add fresh cream, cashew nuts paste and chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix it well perfectly.
Now skewers the mixture on to satay sticks.
In a non-stick grill pan, heat some oil on medium to low flame.
Now place the prepared kebabs on the grill pan and cook it till it become nice golden in color from all the sides.
Transfer on a serving plate and squeeze lemon juice on top.
Your Paneer seekh kebab is now ready to serve. Enjoy it hot with seekh parantha, onion rings and lemon wedges.
