Paneer Sandwich Recipe Hey guys!! I am back with the new recipe of sandwich which is healthy, quick and easy to make. You can make this paneer sandwich for the lunch and can also give to your kids for the lunch box. This sandwich will keep you full for a long period. It is healthy because it includes paneer that is cottage cheese which is healthy. So without wasting more time, let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Paneer Sandwich
- Bread slices = 6
- Cottage cheese (paneer) = 250 gm, crumbled
- Cumin seeds = 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala = 1/4 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
- Green chilies = 1 chopped
- Onion = 1, chopped in slices
- Tomato = 2, chopped in slices
- Oil = 1 tbsp
- Butter = 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup = 2 tbsp
- Green coriander = 1 tbsp, chopped
Instructions For Making Step by step
Take a pan, add oil in it and heat it up.
Ones the oil gets heated, add cumin seeds in it and let the seeds splutter for few seconds.
Then add crumbled paneer in it and mix it well.
Further add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and chaat masala powder in it and mix it.
Cook it for 4 to 5 minutes and then turn the flame off.
Let the bhurji cool for sometime.
Take a slice of bread, spread tomato ketchup to it and then place prepared paneer bhurji to the bread slice. Spread it evenly.
Now add chopped onion slices, chopped tomato slices and fresh coriander leaves. Cover it with another bread slice.
In a griddle, add some butter and then place a prepared sandwich on it. Roast the sandwich till it turns golden brown in color. Ones it is roasted well, flip it and roast it from the other side.
Finally, your paneer sandwich is done. Make all the sandwiches with the similar process.
Serve these sandwiches hot with mayonnaise or any other dip. Enjoy.
