Paneer Pasanda Recipe You had tried a lot of paneer recipes but this one which I am going to share is something delicious and has a unique flavor. The smooth and creamy gravy and the melt in mouth paneer pieces is something which you will surely like to try. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Paneer Pasanda
- Cottage Cheese (paneer) = 250 gm
- Onion = 1/2 cup, fried
- Oil = 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder = 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder = 1/2 tsp
- Curd = 3/4 cup
- Salt = as per taste
- Turmeric powder = 1/4 tsp
- Onion = 1 cup, chopped
- Ginger = 1 inch piece, chopped
- Garlic = 5 cloves
- Cashews = 2 tbsp
- Green coriander
Instructions For Making It
Firstly in a pan, add 1/2 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Then add onion, ginger, garlic and cashews in it. Boil them for about 5 to 8 minutes and then drain off all the water and then transfer them to a grinder jar.
Grind them into a fine paste and keep aside.
Now add fried onion in a grinder jar and grind it finely.
In a pan, add oil and heat it up, add the prepared paste of onion and ginger garlic in it and cook it well till it turns light pinkish in color.
Further add all the spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well all the spices and then add the grind onion and curd in it and mix well.
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes till oil separates from it. Make sure it should not get burn so continuously stir it.
Finally. add paneer in it and mix it with the gravy and simmer the flame. Add chopped coriander in it and transfer to the serving plate.
Finally, your delicious paneer pasanda is now ready to serve. Serve this delicious paneer with chapati or naan and enjoy.
