Paneer And Sweet Corn Salad Recipe Hello foodies!! Today I am going to share a delicious and full of nutritious salad recipe for those who are health conscious and eat healthy salad, this is one of the delicious, nutritious and protein salad which gives you an amazing taste and health as well. I am not going to add a lot of ingredients in it as I’ve just keep it simple. I am only adding sweet corns and paneer in it. so let’s know how to make this delicious salad.

Ingredients Required For Paneer And Sweet Corn Salad

  • Paneer = 200 gm
  • sweet corn = 1 cup
  • Green coriander = 2 to 3 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Oil or butter = 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds = 1/2 tsp
  • salt = as per taste
  • chaat masala powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp, crushed

Instructions For Making It

Firstly chop paneer into small cubes and keep them aside.

Now in a pan, add oil or butter and heat it up. Then add cumin seeds in it and let them splutter for a while.

Add boiled sweet corn in it and saute it for a minute by continuously stirring it.

Later add chopped paneer cubes and give it a nice mix and then add black pepper powder, salt, chaat masala powder and mix it well.

You guys do not have to overcook it as we have to keep it healthy and nutritious.

Turn the flame off and add chopped coriander in it. Toss it well.
