Onion Maggi Recipe This onion maggi is really delicious in taste as this is one of my favorite maggi recipe. Today I am sharing its recipe because mostly I make maggi with this process and believe me guys, you will loved it. The crunchiness of onion and the flavor of tomato is just amazing. Once you make maggi in this style, this will gonna be your favorite one. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Onion Maggi Recipe

  • Maggi = 1 packet
  • Tomato puree = 1 big size
  • Onion = 1 large size, chopped in slice
  • White vinegar = 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder = 1 tsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Oil = 1 tbsp

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly in a pan, add water and bring it to a boil. Then add maggi in it and boil it only 70 percent. Drain off all the water and keep maggi aside.

Step 2

In a separate pan, add oil in it and heat it up. Now add tomato puree in it and cook it for about 2 minute. Also add kashmiri red chili powder in it and mix it well. (here I am using kashmiri red chili powder because it gives a nice and beautiful color to the maggi).

Step 3

Add salt and white vinegar and maggi masala (taste maker) in tomato puree and cook for about 30 seconds. Transfer this puree in a separate bowl.

Step 4

Now add 1 more tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it up, Further add chopped onion in it and saute till onion becomes translucent. We do not have to cook it more as we have to cook it till its raw smell disappears.

Step 5

Furthermore, add boiled maggi in it and also add the prepared chutney of tomato in it. Mix with gentle hands as we do not have to break maggi. After tossing it for 30 seconds. Your maggi is ready.

Finally, your delicious onion maggi is now ready to serve. Serve it hot and enjoy.
