No Bake Brownies Recipe Here I am sharing a no bake brownies recipe which can be made within a very less time. These brownies are healthy because they does nit contain any sugar or butter. For the sweetening, I am adding dates in it. If you wanna add sugar or honey then you can also go for it. I am using almonds and walnuts to make these brownies but if you like some other nuts then you can also add them as per your preferences. Brownies are something which can be made with vegan, grain-free, gluten free and refined sugar. When you are on a diet, you can easily have them as they contain no sugar no gluten. Let’s know how to make them.

Necessary Ingredients Required For No Bake Brownies

  • Almonds (badam) = 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts = (akhrot) 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder = 6 tbsp
  • Chia seeds = 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut powder = 2 tbsp
  • Salt = 1/2 tsp
  • Dates = 6 to 8
  • Almonds = 2 tbsp, roughly chopped for garnishing

Instructions For Making These Brownies

Step 1

Firstly take a grinder or a food processor, add walnuts and almonds in it.

Step 2

Further add cocoa powder, chia seeds, desiccated coconut and half tsp of salt.

Step 3

Now grind them well until all ingredients gets combine well.

Step 4

For the sweetening, we are going to add soft dates in it. (If you are using dry dates then make sure that you soak them in warm water for about 2 hours).

Step 5

Grind it till it becomes and even dough like mixture.

Step 6

Take a parchment paper, pour this mixture on it and by using your fingers, shape it square.

Step 7

Then add some chopped almonds on it and press them slightly so that they sticks well.

Step 8

Put this to a refrigerator for 1 hour.

Finally, your brownies are now ready, cut them into small square pieces and enjoy.
