Muskmelon Shake Recipe This shake is one of my favorite shake as I like the taste of this shake a lot. The texture and creaminess of this shake makes you craving for it. The simplest and easiest shake is all you need to make your body energetic. Here I am keeping this shake recipe very simple as I am not adding any basil seeds or ice cream. All you need to make this shake are just muskmelon, milk, sugar and ice cubes. Just blend all the ingredients and it is ready to sip. This shake will give you more energy and keeps you full for a longer period of time.
Muskmelon which is also known as cantaloupe is a sweet fruit with a soft flesh and contains a good amount of water. In summers it is a good source of having water in the form of melon, but I like to make a delicious shake of it. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Muskmelon Shake
- Muskmelon = 2 cups, chopped in cubes
- Milk = 1 litre
- Sugar = 5 to 6 tbsp
- Lemon juice = 1 tbsp
- Rose water = 1 tsp (optional)
- Ice cubes = 1/2 cup
Instructions For Making It
Firstly peel off the melon and remove the seeds from it.
Chop it into cubes and transfer it to a blender jar.
Then add sugar, milk, rose water and lemon juice.
Blend all the ingredients and make a smooth puree of it.
Further add ice cubes in it and blend it again.
Pour them to a serving glasses.
Finally your delicious muskmelon shake is now ready. Serve it chilled and enjoy.
