Mushrooms are rich in proteins and provide vitamin C to our body and as well as iron. Mushroom is also very beneficial for cancer cell prevention.
The delicious and mouth watering mushroom lollipop is famous in all around the world. This recipe is mostly prefers in some special occasions like parties and gatherings. You can serve mushroom lollipop as stater in your gatherings and parties. It is something which you can cook when you really wants to eat some easy or tasty. So lets start the recipe fast.
Necessary Ingredients We Required
- Button Mushroom = 10 to 15
- All purpose flour = 1/2 cup
- Salt = to taste
- Bread crumbs = 1/2 cup
- Oil = for frying
- Red Chili powder = 1 tsp
- Ginger- garlic paste = 1/2 tbsp
Method Of Making Mushroom Lollipop
Take mushrooms and cut their stem away. We only need caps of mushrooms.
In a bowl take all purpose flour and in it add salt and red chili powder. Mix them well.
In all purpose flour gradually add water and prepare a fine smooth paste.
Now add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste in the all purpose flour paste and mix everything well.
Now dip the mushrooms into the all purpose flour batter and then coated them with bread crumbs.
In a deep pan pour suitable oil for frying the mushrooms.
Fry the mushrooms on medium flame till they get nice golden color.
Now take toothpick or any wooden sticks and pierce them into the mushroom.
Your Mushroom lollipops are now done. Serve it hot with your favorite dip or tomato ketchup.
