Momos Chutney Recipe Hey beautiful people!! Welcome back to the zayka recipe’s kitchen. Today I am going to share the most popular, delicious and famous recipe of momos chutney. Momos are incomplete without its chutney. I am sharing the most easiest and delicious chutney recipe. The method of making is quick and easy. You don’t need any sauce to make this chutney. All you need are just red tomatoes, red chilies and vinegar. I am using vinegar in it because it will help in preservation so that you can easily preserve it for about 3 weeks. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Momos Chutney
- Tomatoes = 3 large size, fresh and ripe
- Dry kashmiri red chilies or dry red chilies (seedless) = 6 in nos. (soaked)
- Garlic = 10 to 12 cloves
- Salt = as per taste
- White Vinegar = 1 tsp
- Sugar = 1 tsp
Instructions For Making Momos Dip
Firstly, for making this chutney, take a bowl and add warm water water in it and then soak red chilies in it. Remove the seeds if you are using normal dry red chilies.
Take tomatoes and wash them well. Now cut the top of the tomatoes and make x on bottom by using knife.
Take a pan, add 1 cup of water in it and let it boil and then add tomatoes in the water and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, turn the flame off and bring tomatoes in a bowl, mash the tomatoes with the help of masher or spoon. Let it cool for sometime.
Ones tomatoes gets cool, take a blender jar, add mashed tomatoes in it.
Further add soaked red chilies along with salt, sugar, garlic cloves and white vinegar.
Blend them to make a smooth paste. Add water if needed.
Finally, your momos chutney is all done. Serve it with hot momos and enjoy.
