So today I am going to share you the recipe of special type of paratha. Before this, you all have surely taste many types of paratha such as gobi paratha, muli paratha, aloo paratha and many.

But today’s paratha is full of goodness of mixed veggies and stuffed with a lot of vegetables. A mix of plain flour and wheat flour is used to give the parathas super perfect texture. The best part about this paratha is it is made by our daily ingredients so you can cook it in your home any time. Your kids will definitely loved this recipe as in their lunch box. So lets start the recipe with a very quick hand without wasting time.

Necessary Ingredients We Required

  • Wheat flour = 2 cup
  • Carrot = 1/3 cup, finely chopped
  • Cabbage = 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Capsicum = 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Onion = 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste = 1 tsp
  • Green peas = 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves = 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Green chilies = 2 nos, finely chopped
  • Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala = 1/4 tsp
  • Salt = to taste
  • Coriander powder = 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Oil or ghee = as required
  • Water = as required

Method Of Making Mixed Vegetables Stuffed Paratha

Step 1

Take a bowl, add Wheat flour, salt and little oil. Mix everything well and now gently add water to make a fine dough. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

Step 2

In a pan, heat oil or ghee on medium flame. Add onion,capsicum, carrot,cabbage and saute them until the veggies became soft and become dry.

Step 3

Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and saute it for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Next mashed green peas and put them into the veggies. Cook them for 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 5

In veggies pour salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and saute till veggies became soft.

Step 6

Cool down the mixture and let it aside.

Step 7

Take dough and divide it into small balls and roll them like chapatis.

Step 8

On the roll chapati place small portion of the stuffing and spread it all over it.

Step 9

Take another rolled chapati and place it on the top of the first one. Seal them from all the sides and roll them gently.

Step 10

In a non-stick tava or griddle, grease some oil and  place the paratha on it.

Step 11

Cook them with using little oil till golden brown spots appears on the both sides.

Your Mixed Veggies Stuffed Paratha is now done. Serve it hot at your breakfast or meal or also your kids lunch box.
