Mixed vegetable pickle / instant vegetable pickle

Mixed vegetable pickle is the pickle which can make any meals taste 10 times better. Today I am going to share mix vegetable pickle, which you can made within 15 minutes. This is an instant pickle recipe. The taste of this pickle is sweet and sour which is very delicious and can serve with any food. You can also store it for months. So let’s know how to make it.

Required ingredients for mixed vegetable pickle-

  • White vinegar = 2 cups
  • Water = 2 cups
  • Sugar = 1 cup
  • Salt = 3 tsp
  • Cloves = 6
  • Black mustard or raayi = 3 tsp
  • Cauliflower = 1 cup, chopped
  • Carrot = 1 cup, chopped
  • Cucumber = 1 cup, chopped
  • Fresh red chilies = 4 to 5
  • Garlic = 10 to 12 cloves
  • Ginger = 3 inch piece, chopped into pieces
  • Green chili = 4 to 5

Method of making-

Step 1

Take a pan and pour water and vinegar in it. Let them heat on a flame.

Step 2

Now add sugar in a pan and mix it well. Also add salt in it.

Step 3

Now after 1 minute, add cloves, black mustard and let it boil.

Step 4

Let the boil come into the water.

Step 5

after 1 boil, switch off the flame.

Step 6

Transfer the mixture into a glass jar.

Step 7

Now add vegetables like cauliflower, cucumber, carrot, green chili, red chili, garlic, ginger in a vinegar jar.

Step 8

Give it a stir for mixing it.

Your mix vegetable pickle is ready.

Serve it with any meal and enjoy it after 1 day.

You can store it for 1 to 2 months.
