Mayonnaise Pasta Recipe This pasta recipe is really delicious in taste and healthy too. As it includes veggies so you can also refer it as pasta salad. I am using fusilli pasta, you can use any other pasta which is available to you. This is creamy, cheesy and tasty pasta recipe which you surely wanna make at home. I am using very minimum ingredients in it which are easily available to you. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Mayonnaise Pasta
- Pasta = 1 cup
- Salt = as per taste
- Water = to boil pasta
- Onion = 1, finely chopped
- Capsicum = 1, chopped
- Carrot = 1, small size, shredded
- Mayyonaise = 5 tbsp
- Garlic = 1 tbsp, finely chopped
- Oil = 2 tsp
- Butter = 1 tbsp
- Oregano = 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
- Chili flakes = 1/2 tsp
- Cheese cube = 1
Method Of Making It
Boiling Of Pasta
Step 1
Take a pan, add enough water to boil pasta.
Step 2
When it comes to boil, add salt and pasta in it. Give it a stir.
Step 3
Let it boil but do not overcook pasta.
Step 4
Drain the pasta but keep some water for making sauce.
Instructions For Making It
Step 1
Take a pan, add oil and butter in it and heat it up.
Step 2
Add chopped garlic in it and saute for few seconds.
Step 3
After it, add chopped onion and saute till it becomes translucent.
Step 4
Now into it, add chopped capsicum and and carrot, saute for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Then add mayonnaise, cheese cube and salt into it and add water (pasta Water) into it and mix it well.
Step 6
Mix it well it evenly mixed. After it, add boiled pasta. Give it a stir.
Step 7
Then add chili flakes, oregano and black pepper powder. Mix them well and cook for 2 minutes.
You mayonnaise pasta is ready to serve. Serve it hot by adding some more grated cheese on it.
