Rolls are probably the easiest and quickest snack we can make with some bread slices and paneer filling. You can make this often with different variations of paneer filling recipe to make a nice snacks for tea time. Today I am going to make a very different and tasty Masala Paneer Swiss Roll in which the stuffing is prepared by paneer slices with some basic spices. The outer covering is almost the most delicious and important taste enhancer of this roll. So lets start the recipe with a quick hand.

Necessary Ingredients We Required

  • Cottage cheese or paneer = 250 gm
  • Ginger-garlic paste = 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder = 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder = 1 tsp
  • Salt = to taste
  • Oil = for frying
  • Fresh Coriander leaves = 1 tbsp
  • Onion = 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Green chilies = 1 nos, finely chopped
  • Bread slices = 5 nos

Method Of Making Masala Paneer Swiss Roll

Step 1

Take paneer and cut it into thin and small square pieces.

Step  2

In a bowl take paneer pieces. Add ginger garlic paste and mix it with paneer slices well.

Step 3

Now add red chili powder, green chilies, salt, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well. Let it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Take bread slices and cut its sides or edges.

Step 5

Gently press the breads slices with a roller.

Step 6

Take  1 slice of paneer and place it on the bread slice.

Step 7

Start rolling the breads along with paneer sllices and make rolls it tightly.

Step 8

To make their perfect roll or seal them, secure the rolls with toothpicks or any other small wooden sticks.

Step 9

In a deep pan or kadai, heat sufficient oil for frying the rolls on medium flame.

Step 10

Place rolls one by one in the oil and fry them till it get golden brown color.

Your tasty and easy paneer swiss rolls are now done. Serve it hot with ketchup or green chutney.
