Masala milk recipe is the recipe of milk which is made by boiled milk by add some nuts and spices in it. It is such a healthy drink for everyone either adults or children. The flavor of masala milk is something that no one can deny for drink it. If your children are making faces and throwing tantrums in drinking milk, then you must give them milk in this delicious way. I am pretty sure that they never ever skip their milk from now. So let’s know how to make it easily at home.
Required ingredients for making masala milk
- Milk = 3 cups
- Cashew nuts = 5
- Pistachio = 5
- Almonds = 7 to 8
- Sugar = 2 tbsp or you can also adjust as per your taste
- Cinnamon stick = 1 inch piece
- Clove = 2
- Green cardamom = 2
- Saffron = a pinch
- Other dry fruits = 1 small bowl (whichever you like)
- Black pepper powder = a pinch
- Warm water = 1 cup
Method for making spiced milk
Soak cashew, almonds and pistachio in a warm water for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, strain water from the nuts and remove the peel of the almonds.
Now take a mixer jar and add soaked nuts in it. Also add 2 tbsp of milk and make a fine paste from it.
Take a heavy base pan, put it on a flame and pour milk in it.
Bring milk to a boil.
When first boil come into the milk, turn the heat low and add cinnamon stick, clove and green cardamom in a pan.
Boil milk along with the spices for 4 to 5 minutes.
Strain the milk in another pan now.
Now put the milk on a flame and add pate of dry fruits and bring it to a boil on a low flame by continuously stirring it.
Add saffron in milk and boil it for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, take it in a serving glass.
Masala milk is ready to serve.
Garnish it with dry fruits and saffron on the top.
