Mango Stuffed Chili Pickle Recipe Hey guys!! Welcome back to the zayka recipes kitchen. I hope you guys are doing well and today I am going to share a delicious recipe of stuffed chili pickle recipe which is not ordinary but stuffed with raw mango. My mouth is literally watering while writing this. So let’s know how to make this without wasting more time.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Mango Stuffed Chili Pickle
- Thick green chilies = 250 gm
- Raw mango = 100 gm
- Fennel seeds = 4 tbsp
- Mustard seeds powder = 3 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds = 1 tbsp, crushed
- Cumin powder = 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder = 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
- Salt = 1.5 tbsp
- Asafoetida = a pinch
- Oil = 4 tbsp
- White vinegar = 1 tbsp
Instructions For Making It
Firstly wash and clean green chilies and pat dry them.
Now make a slit in chilies in a way that these chilies must not separate.
Remove all the seeds from chilies and keep them aside.
Now wash raw mangoes well and peel them off. Grate them and add them to the bowl by removing their seeds.
Further add cumin powder, fennel seeds powder, crushed fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, asafoetida and mustard oil. Mix all the ingredients well and make a thick mixture from the things.
Also add white vinegar in it and mix well. (adding vinegar makes the shelf life of pickle more longer).
Take a slit chili, add stuff this prepared masala into the green chilies well and then take a clean jar, add these stuffed chilies and also add 4 to 5 tbsp of mustard oil and give it a mix.
Close the lid well and now put this jar to the sunlight for about 3 to 5 days.
Finally, your delicious raw mango stuffed chili pickle is now ready to serve. Serve this delicious mango pickle with any food and enjoy.
