Mango Mastani Recipe This is a popular mango drink which is basically sold in Pune (India). But today, it has taken its place all over the places in India. This recipe has many variants as many peoples make this in their own style. So I also have sharing my recipe of making this delicious drink of mango. Juicy mango pulp is needed for making this dessert or smoothie. You can also refer it as a smoothie as mango and milk is blended together.The rich creamy flavor of this mastani is really delicious that I literally have mouth watering while writing this recipe.
I am adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream as I like the flavor of vanilla a lot. It gives this drink a creamy smooth texture and to give it a royal touch, I have added some chopped nuts in it. You can use any dry fruits of your like as well. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Mango Mastani
- Mango = 1/2 kg
- Vanilla ice cream = 4 to 5 scoops
- Milk = 1 cup, cold
- Almonds = few, chopped
- Tutti frutti = for garnishing
- Cherries = for garnishing
Instructions For Making It
Firstly wash mangoes well and peel them off.
Now chop them into cubes and transfer them to a blender jar. Reserve some cubes for garnishing.
Further add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend them to a smooth paste.
Now add milk and then blend it again.
Take 2 glasses, pour the mango mixture in it.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, add some chopped cubes of mangoes.
Then add chopped almonds, tutti frutti and finally to it up with a cherry.
Finally, your delicious mango mastani is now ready. Serve it chilled and enjoy.
