Maggi Pancake Recipe | Maggi Omelette | Egg Maggi

Maggi Pancake Recipe Today I am going to make a very delicious breakfast recipe. You have tried a lot of maggi  recipes, which also includes egg maggi, but today I am going to make maggi and egg in different style. You tried a lot of pancake recipes, so today in this recipe, I am making maggi pancake, which is really delicious and tasty breakfast recipe. This is a quick and easy pancake recipe as you can easily make it in morning breakfast. Let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Maggi Pancake

  • Maggi = 2 packet (or any other noodles)
  • Eggs = 4
  • Carrot = 1, finely chopped
  • Capsicum = 1, small size, finely chopped
  • Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
  • Tomato = 1, finely chopped
  • Onion = 1, small size, finely chopped
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Chili flakes = 1/2 tsp
  • Oil = 2 tbsp

Instructions For Making In Step By Step

Step 1

Take a pan, add water in it and let it boil.

Step 2

Add noodles in it and also add taste maker to it. Let it completely cook.

Step 3

Transfer it in a mixing bowl and let it cool for sometime.

Step 4

Now add all the chopped vegetables like capsicum, tomato, onion, green chilies and carrot.

Step 5

Then break eggs into a bowl, add some salt and chili flakes.

Step 6

Mix all the things well. Make sure that everything gets mixed evenly.

Step 7

Take a sac, grease oil on it and then with the hep of ladle, pour some mixture in it and spread it evenly.

Step 8

You can add 2 pancakes at a time, if your sac is large in size.

Step 9

Let them cook on a medium flame and then flip it.

Step 10

Cook it for 2 minutes, it take time in cooking than the normal omelette.

Step 11

Transfer them in a plate and make pancakes from the remaining mixture.

Your pancakes are ready to serve. Serve them in breakfast with sauce.
