Maggi Cutlet Recipe | Delicious Maggi Paneer Tikki Recipe

Maggi Cutlet Recipe Hello everyone!! Welcome back to the zayka recipes’s kitchen. Today I am going to share a delicious maggi recipe in a unique style, I am going to make cutlet from maggi. These cutlets are really delicious and amazing in taste. As we all love maggi and like to experiment new dishes with it, so this is also my new experiment on maggi which turns successful, so I thought of sharing this recope with you guys. Let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Maggi Cutlet Recipe

  • Maggi = 1 packet
  • Paneer = 2 tbsp, grated
  • Potato = 2, boiled
  • Carrot = 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Onion = 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Bread slice = 1 slice
  • Green chili = 1 finely hopped
  • Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Bread crumbs = for coating
  • Corn flour = 1 tbsp
  • Oil = for deep frying
  • Salt = as per taste

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly take a pan, add 1/2 cup of water in it and bring it to a boil. Then add maggi in it also add taste maker and make maggi of it. Once maggi is cooked well, keep it aside.

Step 2

Transfer this maggi into a bowl and also add grated paneer in it. Mix both the ingredients well.

Step 3

Now in a separate bowl, wet bread slices and put them with potatoes. Mash bread slices and potato well.

Step 4

Then add chopped onion, green chili, black pepper powder, salt and carrot in it. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 5

Now take some mixture in your hand make a ball of it and then shape it like a cup. Add cooked maggi and paneer mixture in center and then again make a ball of it. Gently press and make a cutlet shape of it. Make all the cutlet with the similar process. Keep them aside.

Step 6

In a small bowl, make a mixture of corn flour and water and in a plate, spread bread crumbs.

Step 7

Heat oil in a pan and take a cutlet. firstly dip it into the corn flour mixture and then put this cutlet on bread crumbs. Coat it from all the sides.

Step 8

Add it to the hot oil and fry it till it turns golden brown in color. We have to shallow fry these cutlets. Once they turn golden from one side, flip them and fry them from the other side as well. Fry all the cutlet with the similar process.

Finally, your delicious soft and moist maggi cutlet are now ready to serve. Serve them hot with sauce or dip and enjoy.
