Maggi Chowmein Recipe | How To Cook Maggi In Different Way

Maggi Chowmein Recipe- Lots of time you have eaten chowmein in restaurants, or in street. But today I am going to make chowmein in different style. Maggi chowmein is something which I always used to make at home, the taste of these noodles is really amazing. Also I am using lots of veggies in it which makes it more tastier and healthier. Let’s know how to make it at home.

Necessary ingredients required for making Maggi Chowmein

  • Maggi Noodles = 3 packets
  • Refined oil = 1 tablespoon
  • Spring onion = 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste = 1 tablespoon
  • Green coriander leaves = 1 tsp, finely chopped
  • Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
  • Cabbage = 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Carrot = 1/2 cup,finely choped
  • Capsicum = 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper powder = a pinch
  • Salt = according to taste
  • Maggi masala = 3 packets
  • Soya sauce = 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli sauce = 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar = 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli sauce = 1 teaspoon
  • Water = as required

How to Make it in Easy Steps

Step 1

Take a pan, pour water in it and let it boil.

Step 2

Now add maggi noodles in it and let it boil until half done.

Step 3

Strain the noodles and keep the excess water aside for later use.

Step 4

Now take a pan, pour 1 tbsp of oil in it. Now add spring onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and saute it for few seconds.

Step 5

Add chopped cabbage, carrot and capsicum in it and stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Now add salt in veggies and mix it well. Also add black pepper powder, saute it with veggies on a high flame for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce and white vinegar in it. Mix all the sauces on a high flame for about a minute.

Step 7

Add maggi masala taste maker, mix it well and then add boiled noodles in it.

Step 8

Mix the noodles well with veggies and then add the water which we kept aside. Mix water well and cover the lid and let the noodles cooked until they cooked perfectly.

Your maggi chowmein is ready.

Serve it hot in a plate and garnish it with chopped coriander and spring onions.
