Maggi Bhel Recipe Hey guys!! Welcome back to the zayka recipe’s kitchen. Today I am going to share the recipe of delicious and popular maggi bhel recipe which is really really amazing in taste. All you need to make this recipe is maggi noodles and some tomatoes and onions. That’s all you need to make this bhel. Now a days, maggi becomes a top most snack which is liked by kids, and of course it is. Because this is an instant recipe as it ready to eat within few minutes. So here I am sharing this recipe with you guys. Let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Maggi Bhel

  • Maggi = 2 packets
  • Onion = 1, finely chopped
  • Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
  • Tomato = 2, finely chopped
  • Coriander = few leaves
  • Chaat masala = 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice = 1 tbsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Oil = 1 tbsp for frying maggi

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly in a wok, add oil and heat it up.

Step 2

Ones the oil gets heated, add maggi noodles in it and fry them till they turn light golden in color.

Step 3

Flip them in between so that they must not get burn.

Step 4

Now turn they flame of after frying them and keep them aside for cooling.

Step 5

After cooling, break them into small pieces so that they separate.

Step 6

Now wash tomato and green chilies and finely chop them.

Step 7

Then finely chop onion and coriander leaves.

Step 8

In a mixing bowl, add fried bhel in it and then add all the chop veggies like tomatoes, onion, green chilies and coriander leaves.

Step 9

Further add salt, chaat masala powder and maggi taste maker. Mix all things well and you can also toss them.

Step 10

Finally add lemon juice in it and toss it to get everything mixed.

Your maggi bhel is now ready to serve. Transfer it to a serving plate and enjoy delicious bhel.
