Lemonade Recipe Nothing can beat the summer except the cooling, refreshing and flavorful lemonade. Today I am sharing a delicious recipe of homemade lemon squash which is really simple, quick and easy and the best part about this that all ingredients which I am using to make this squash are natural. You can also store this squash for about a month and also, you can adjust the quantity if you are making more or less squash. When you make this squash and store it, then you can make this refreshing drink at any time as well. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Lemon Squash
- Sugar = 500 gm
- Water = 1 cup
- Lemon juice = 3/4 cup
- Lemon slices = 1
- Salt = 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Instructions For Making It
Firstly in a pan or a wok, add water and sugar and put it on a flame.
Cook it till sugar completely dissolves in water. It will take 4 to 5 minutes approximately.
Further add lemon slice in it and cook well. Turn the flame on low and cook for about a minute.
Now add salt and lemon juice in it and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn the flame off and keep it aside for cooling.
Lemon squash is now ready. You can easily store this prepared squash for about a month in air tight jar or container in refrigerator.

- Lemon squash = 2 tbsp or as per taste
- Water =1 cup
- Black salt = as per taste
- Ice cubes = 4
- Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
Instructions For Making Lemonade
Firstly in a serving glass, add ice cubes, water and prepared lemon squash.
Mix well and then add black salt and black pepper powder. Stir it.
Your delicious lemonade is now ready. Serve it chilled and enjoy.
