Leftover Roti Chips Recipe Today I am going to make a delicious snack recipe for kids and believe me guys this does not take anything, except leftover roti. You can make a lot of chips by using roti and also I am sharing a delicious, quick and easy salsa dip with it which makes this chips taste more delicious. In this period of pandemic we all are craving to have outside food but due to precautions, we are unable to buy such things that is why I am sharing those recipes which are easy to make at home and you can easily enjoy them. Let’s know how to make them.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Leftover Roti Chips

  • Leftover roti = 2 to 3
  • Oil = for deep frying

Instructions For Making Leftover Roti Chips

Step 1

Firstly in a pan, add oil and heat it up.

Step 2

Then cut the roti in triangular shapes or any shape which you like.

Step 3

Now add these triangles into the hot oil and fry them till they turn crispy. Make sure they should not burn as you have to make them crispy.

Step 4

Flip them in between to avoid burning and then take them out from oil and keep them aside.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Making Sauce

  • Tomato = 2, chopped
  • Onion = 1, chopped
  • Capsicum = 1/2, chopped
  • Green coriander = 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Garlic = 3 cloves
  • Cumin powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder = 2 to 3 pinch
  • Lemon juice = 1 lemon’s juice
  • Salt = as per taste

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly clean and wash tomatoes and then roughly chop them. Add them to the blender jar and then also add onion, garlic cloves, capsicum, green chili and coriander. Add a dash of water and blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste.

Step 2

Later add other ingredients like salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and cumin powder. Grind it one more time and then transfer it to a serving bowl.

Your delicious salsa sauce is now ready.

Serve this salsa sauce with leftover roti chips by sprinkling some chaat masala powder and enjoy with the dip.
