Kurkure Paneer Recipe | Crispy And Crunchy Kurkure Paneer

Kurkure Paneer Recipe Hey guys!! I hope you all re doing well. Today I am sharing the crispy, crunchy and juicy, all at the same time recipe.  This is nothing but the kurkure paneer which is a perfect starter or a snack recipe for your parties. They are really easy in making and the taste is really really amazing. You do not need much ingredients for making this recipe. The crunchy and crispy sound from outer layer and juicy from inside makes it mouth watering. So let’s know how to make this super delicious recipe.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Kurkure Paneer

  • Cottage Cheese = 400 gm
  • Corn flour = 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour = 1/2 cup
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Black pepper powder = 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder (kashmiri) = 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala = 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder = 1 tsp
  • Ginger and garlic paste = 2 tsp
  • Corn Flakes = 3 cups
  • Oil = for frying
  • Water = for making batter

Procedure Of Making

Step 1

Firstly we are going to make its coating or batter, for this, take a mixing bowl, add corn flour, all purpose flour and all the dry spices like, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 2

Now gradually add water and make a batter from it. Batter must not be too thick nor too runny in consistency.

Step 3

Keep this batter aside. Now cut the paneer into cubes and keep aside.

Step 4

Take a mixing bowl, add corn flakes in it and crush them well.

Step 5

All things are ready, now in a pan, add oil and heat it up.

Step 6

Until oil gets heated, take a paneer cubes, dip it into the prepared batter and then add it to the crushed corn flour and coat it well in it with gentle hands.

Step 7

Keep it in a separate plate and coat all the paneer cubes with the similar process.

Step 8

Oil must be hot well, add coated paneer cubes in it and fry them on a high flame.

Step 9

Flip them in between and fry till they into golden brown in color. After frying, shake off the excess oil and put  them in a serving plate.

Step 10

Fry the another batch with the similar process.

Finally, your delicious kurkure paneer are now ready to serve. Serve them hot by sprinkle some chili flakes and serve them with dip. Enjoy.
