Keeme Bajre Ke Kebab Hey Guys!!! Today I am going to make a very delicious meat balls recipe which is really really amazing in taste and a perfect recipe as a starter for parties. You do not need a lot of ingredients to make these meat balls. If you are a non vegetarian, then this will going to be a perfect recipe for you. Let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Keeme Bajre Ke Kebab

  • Meat = 1 pound or 500 gm, minced meat
  • Chili flakes = 2 tsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Cumin seeds = 1 tsp
  • Roasted coriander = 1 tsp, crushed
  • Chaat masala = 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice = 3 tsp
  • Green chilies = 3, finely chopped
  • Mint leaves = 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Coriander = 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Onion = 2, medium size finely chopped
  • Garlic = 3 cloves, finely chopped
  • Millet flour or bajre ka aata = 4 tbsp
  • Oil = for frying

Instructions For Making Meat balls

Step 1

Firstly, for making meat balls, take a sieve, add minced meat in it and wash it well and then strain all the water from it and let the water strain completely.

Step 2

Now chop all the vegetables finely and keep them aside.

Step 3

Take a bowl, add minced meat in it and then add all the dry spices like chili flakes, salt, cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix all the things well.

Step 4

Further add chopped veggies like green chilies, onions, garlic, coriander and mint leaves. Also add millet flour in it and mix all the things evenly.

Step 5

Make sure that it becomes a thick mixture and have a binding consistency. If the mixture does not have a binding consistency, then add 1 more tbsp of millet flour.

Step 6

At last, add lemon juice in it and mix it well with the other ingredients.

Step 7

Now take a pan, add oil in it and heat it up.

Step 8

Take a small portion from the mixture and make a round shape ball from it.

Step 9

Add this prepared ball in the hot oil and fry them. Flip them frequently to avoid burning and fry them till the beautiful golden brown color appears on it.

Step 10

After frying them shake off the excess oil and transfer them in a serving plate.

Step 11

Further make ll the meat balls with the similar process.

Your millet meat balls are ready to serve. Serve them hot with chili sauce.
