Jeera Biscuits In Microwave Recipe Hey guys!! Today I am sharing a delicious and easy cookies or biscuits recipe which is not only good in taste but also quick and easy when you are making them in oven or microwave. They are also easily digestible as cumin is good for digestion and improves digestion as well. You can easily make a lot of biscuits at a time and can store them in an airtight container for months. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Jeera Biscuits

  • All purpose flour or fine flour (maida) = 1 bowl
  • Butter = 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds = 2 tsp
  • salt = as per taste
  • Powdered sugar = 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Milk = for kneading the dough

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly in a mixing bowl, add melted butter and powdered sugar in it. Mix both the ingredients well and even.

Step 2

Then add salt, cumin seeds, baking powder in it and mix well. Make sure everything gets combine well.

Step 3

Gradually add fine flour in it and then add milk in it for kneading a smooth dough from the mixture.

Step 4

After kneading a semi soft dough, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.

Step 5

Now divide the dough into parts and flatten it by using rolling pin. Cut it into rectangular shapes or any other shape you like.

Step 6

Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius for about 10 minutes.

Step 7

Add some cumin seeds on the top and press them so that they stick well.

Step 8

Grease the baking tray with butter and then place the prepared biscuits on it. Place the tray carefully in a preheated oven and bake them for about 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

Step 9

After 10 minutes, take them out carefully and transfer them on a wire stand for cooling.

Finally, your delicious Jeera biscuits in microwave are ready to serve. Serve them with tea or coffee and enjoy.
