Instant French Fries Recipe Hey guys!! Today I am sharing the other recipe of French fries, they are instant fries as they does not take much time in making and the process is really faster than the usual. They are too crispy from outside and really soft from inside. They are quick to make, so let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Instant French Fries
- Potatoes = 4
- Corn flour = 1/2 cup
- Rice flour = 1/2 cup
- All purpose flour or fine flour = 1/2 cup
- Salt = as per taste
- Water = as needed
- Oil = for deep frying
Instructions For Making
Firstly for making these french fries, peel off the skin of potatoes and cut them in long pieces.
In a bowl, add cold water and add chopped potatoes in it and wash it for 2 to 3 minutes and then rinse them with fresh water. Keep them aside.
Now in a mixing bowl, add corn flour, rice flour and all purpose flour. Mix them well and also add salt as per taste. Mix well.
Gradually add water and make a batter from it. Remember batter must not be thick, it should be in running consistency.
Take a pan, add oil in it and heat it up.
In batter, add sliced potatoes in it and coat them well in batter.
Now add them in a heated oil, put the flame on medium to low and add these coated potatoes in it one by one. Do not overcrowd the pan otherwise they will stick together.
Flip them in between and fry them till they turn golden in color.
Drain off the excess oil and then transfer them to a kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Fry another batch with the similar process.
Finally, your instant french fries are now done. Serve them hot by sprinkle some black pepper or oregano and enjoy with sauce.
