Healthy Almond Drink for kids – Badaam Doodh Recipe

Almond drink recipe- Almonds are a good source of vitamin E and proteins. We all know that almond is healthy and also a curing ingredients for many disease. It is a highly versatile and nourishing alternative milk, also rich in healthy fats. It is a low calorie milk. Today I am going to make milk almond drink which nourishes your kids health and the taste of this drink is really very good. Let’s know how to make it at home.

Required Ingredients for Almond drink-

  • Almonds = 1/2 cup
  • Milk = 2 cups
  • Green cardamom powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron = 1/2 tsp

How to make it in simple steps-

Step 1

Take a pan, pour 1 cup of water in it and let it boil. After a boil, add almonds in it and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Now remove the peel from almonds and keep them aside.

Step 3

Take a blender jar, add almonds in it and pour 3 to 4 tbsp of milk in jar and blend almonds to make smooth paste from them.

Step 4

Now take a pan, pour milk in it and let it boil, after a boil, add almond paste in it and saffron.

Step 5

Let them cook until milk thickens in consistency.

Step 6

Add cardamom powder and mix it well.

Your almond milk is ready.

Serve it hot or chilled as per your preferences. Garnish it with chopped almonds.
