Garlic Pickle Recipe Hello everyone!! Today I am sharing the new recipe of pickle which is really good in taste. This authentic recipe of instant garlic pickle is something which you will surely make because it makes normal dal chawal 100 times better in taste. I have also serve this pickle when I have made light food like dal rice or aloo puri. This makes there taste more good as by consuming this pickle you will just going to love it. The process of making this delicious pickle is really easy and you can easily make it and store it for about a month or more.

For the preservation, I have added white vinegar in it and for the good color, I am adding kashmiri red chili powder. But if you are someone who loves to eat spicy, then you can also add red chili powder instead of kashmiri red chili powder. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Garlic Pickle

  • Garlic = 25 to 30 cloves
  • Mustard Oil = 6 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder = 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt = 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida = a pinch
  • Fenugreek seeds = 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds = 1 tsp
  • White vinegar = 2 tbsp

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

For making this pickle, in a pan add oil and heat it up.

Step 2

Once oil gets heated, add garlic cloves in it and saute them on a medium to low flame till garlic becomes slightly golden. Do not overcook them.

Step 3

Now add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida in it. Mix well.

Step 4

Turn the flame low and saute spices till they cooked well. Once they cooked, turn the flame off and keep them aside.

Step 5

Furthermore in another pan, add mustard seeds in it and dry roast them for few seconds.

Step 6

Crush them finely and then add this to the prepared garlic mixture. Mix all thing well.

Step 7

Finally, add white vinegar in it and mix well.

Your garlic pickle is now ready to serve. Serve it with any sabzi and make it more tasteful. Enjoy.
