Noodles are an Indo-Chinese recipe and garlic noodles is one of my favorite noodles. The flavor of garlic makes these noodles more flavorful than the others. So today I am going to share my recipe of garlic noodles with you.
Required ingredients for garlic noodles-
- Noodles = 1 packet, medium
- Garlic = 12 to 15 cloves, crushed or chopped
- Green chili = 5, chopped
- Onion = 2, medium size, chopped
- Soya sauce = 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder = 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili = 2, chopped
- Salt = as per taste
- Oil = 2 tbsp
Method of making
Take a large size pan, pour 3 cups of water in it and let it heat.
After water starts getting heated, add 1 tsp of salt in water and then add a packet of noodles in water.
Mix well and let it boil for 6 to 7 minutes.
After noodles are boiled, let it strain and wash with the cold water gently.
Keep the noodles aside.
Now take a pan and pour oil in it. Let the oil heated.
Add garlic and red chilies in oil and stir it for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, add onion and green chilies and red chili powder.
Stir fry the veggies.
Now sprinkle some salt as per your taste and mix it well.
Add soya sauce in a pan and mix it well.
Now add the noodles and mix it with the help of tong.
Your garlic noodles are ready.
Serve them hot with sauce and sprinkle some spring onions on it.
- You can also add more vegetables like bell pepper, carrot and beans.
- You can add garlic sauce, chili sauce and any other if you like.
