Fried Rice Recipe | Make Restaurant Style Fried Rice In 2 Minutes

About the recipe- Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir fried with vegetables and some sauces. It is often eaten by itself.  Today I am going to share fried rice in restaurant style which is very easy to make and is very delicious in taste. This dish is made in many other different ways as there are a lot of methods given everywhere. Let’s know how to make it at home.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Fried Rice

  • Basmati rice = 2 cups, soaked for 1/2 an hour
  • Carrot = 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Beans = 1/3 cup, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice = 1 tsp
  • Oil = as required or 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Boiled corn = 1 tbsp
  • Boiled peas = 1 tbsp
  • Red capsicum = 1/2 finely chopped
  • Green chilies = 4, finely chopped
  • Spring onion whites = 3 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Garlic = 8 to 10 cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Onion = 1/2, finely chopped
  • Black peppercorn powder = 1/2 tsp
  • White vinegar = 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce = 1 tsp
  • Red chili sauce = 1 tbsp
  • Green chili sauce = 1 tbsp
  • Cabbage = 2 tbsp, finely chopped

Method Of Making In Easy Steps

Step 1

Take a pan, and add rice in it, pour 4 cups of water in it and boiled rice. Strain the excess water from rice.

Step 2

After boiling rice, keep them aside.

Step 3

Now take a pan, pour some oil in it and spread the oil all over the pan, heat the oil on a high flame and then add chopped garlic in it and saute fried it.

Step 4

Add chopped onions in it and give it a quick stir for few seconds.

Step 5

Now add veggies like carrot, beans, cabbage, spring onion white, peas, corn, red capsicum and green chilies. Stir fry them for few seconds. Turn the flame low.

Step 6

Now in veggies, add boiled rice in a pan and mix it with veggies.

Step 7

Add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce and white vinegar. Stir fry them on a high heat by sprinkle some water.

Step 8

Now in rice, add red chili sauce, green chili sauce and mix well all the ingredients and continuously stir it without breaking rice.

Step 9

At last, add lemon juice, mix it and then turn the flame off.

Serve it in a plate and serve it hot.

Suggestions

  • You can also add other vegetables like mushroom, cottage cheese etc.
  • You can also make fried rice with the leftover boiled rice.
  • Can also adjust and skip sauces if you want.
