Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe This is an alternative recipe of traditional mayonnaise for those who are vegan. This tastes similar to the egg ones but today I am going to tell you that how to make it in vegan style. Though the process is not stiff, so you can easily make it at home. All you have to do is just blending, blending and blending till the mixture becomes frothy, thick and creamy. The ingredients are also easy to get. I am using vinegar and lemon juice because they act as a preservatives and helps the mayo to stay for a longer period of time. Black pepper and salt are added to makes its taste good and I am using neutral (flavorless) oil in it, but if you are someone who is diet conscious, you can use olive oil also instead of any other oil. Always use full cream cold milk while making it because it helps to get it to make a frothy texture. Let’s know how to make it.

- Full cream milk = 1 cup, cold milk
- Sugar = 1 tsp

Instructions For Making It
Take a large mixing bowl or a food processor, add oil and milk in it.
Also add sugar, black pepper powder, mustard powder and salt.
Furthermore, add vinegar and lemon juice. (This will help to store mayonnaise for a longer time)
Blend it or whisk it till the oil and milk combines well.
Ones both the things combines well, continue to blend it till it become frothy.
The mixture will become thick and emulsify and then continue to blend it. It will turn into a thick and creamy texture.
