Egg Stuffed Paratha Recipe | Anda Paratha

Egg paratha or anda paratha is a delicious paratha recipe. This paratha is very amazing and also a unique paratha recipe, which my family loved to eat in breakfast. The stuffing of egg with onions and chilies make its taste yummy and lips smacking. Let’s know how to make it at home.

Necessary Ingredients Required for Egg Paratha

For dough

  • Wheat flour = 1 cup
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Water = as required for kneading a dough

For stuffing

  • Eggs = 2
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
  • Onion = 1, small size, finely chopped
  • Red chili powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander = 1 tsp, finely chopped
  • Oil = for frying paratha

Method of making

Step 1

Take a bowl, add wheat flour in it and salt as per taste. Mix it well.

Step 2

Gradually add water for kneading a dough and make a dough from it. Keep a dough aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Now beat eggs in a bowl and add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, salt, cumin powder. Mix all the things well with eggs and beat the eggs well.

Step 4

After 10 minutes of kneading a dough, take a portion from a dough and make small balls from it.

Step 5

Flatten the dough ball into a little large size.

Step 6

Make two flatten ball into a roti shape.

Step 7

Take 1 roti of dough and put it on a heated pan, add beated eggs stuffing on the roti and cover the roti with another one. Cover the sides by pressing it with hands and make small cut with the help of fork on it.

Step 8

Grease some oil as required, and flip it. Cook the paratha until it changes into golden brown in color.

Cook it from both the sides.

Step 9

Make another paratha from the same procedure.

Your egg stuffed paratha is ready to serve.

Serve it hot with tea, sauces and pickles.
